We had developed an online travel guide for wineries and restaurants associated with wineries in California, Oregon, and California. It was more of a hobby for us and afforded us the opportunity to visit and enjoy wineries and restaurants all over the West Coast. It was not a profitable business at the time we decided to sell the site. When we decided to sell it we went to KR Business Brokers and Kirk and Randi who had previously sold us a wine distributorship. They were fantastic — they took an outstanding website that was not profitable and managed to sell it. They are the masters at marketing and negotiating. I would highly recommend that any Seller who is SERIOUS about selling call Kirk or Randi — they are the best!!!
