"I built a restaurant in the basement of our historic bank building in Port Townsend. We opened an Italian Restaurant and were off to a good start when, just after 4 months, I discovered Mexico and purchased property there to build on. I returned to Port Townsend and closed the restaurant in order to live in Mexico. I had a well respected national real estate firm represent the restaurant. This was in 2004. The real estate firm had the listing on MLS and placed ads in the local newspaper. They showed it a couple of dozen times during the next 7 years. We had at least half dozen weak offers which we declined. I then listed the business with KR Business Brokers and within two weeks they had a qualified buyer looking at the business. A full price offer was made to purchase the leaseholds, furniture & equipment plus a long term lease. Kirk was professional in handling the transaction. It was perhaps one of the most painless experiences I have gone through in dealing with businesses and leasing. Obviously, if I ever need services which are provided by KR Business Brokers then I won't hesitate to do business with them again."
