When we searched for an appropriate agent to sell our restaurant at Pike Place market in 2008, most business brokers quickly dismissed this opportunity since the sale price was going to be only 200K. We had developed an online travel guide for wineries and restaurants associated with wineries in California, Oregon, and California. We opened an Italian Restaurant and were off to a good start when, just after 4 months, I discovered Mexico and purchased property there to build on.
